Cancellations
· Cancellations made within 48 hours of your session will be credited for future use.
· If we need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you to arrange a credit.
Rescheduling
· You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your session.
· In the event of exceptional circumstances, please contact Moody to discuss possible arrangements on compassionate grounds.
