1. Fresh Starts
Use the foot wash before entering the sauna and shower beforehand to cleanse off perfumes, lotions, etc. After your sauna session, rinse again to cleanse away sweat and keep the plunge pool fresh.
2. Protect the Planks
Please sit on a towel to protect the untreated wood from sweat and preserve the sauna’s quality.
3. Respect the Heat
Be mindful of your movements around the woodfired stove—it’s extremely hot. If you need assistance, don’t hesitate to ask for a helping hand.
4. 20-Minute Limit
Limit each sauna sitting to 20 minutes to prevent exhaustion. Take breaks and listen to your body.
5. Be Cool
Respect the space and others around you to ensure a shared, elevated experience.
6. Hydrate to Elevate
Stay refreshed and energized—sip water before, during, and after your session to help you elevate your state and feel your best.
